The hydraulic cylinder is a large hydraulic cylinder that transmits power through a hydraulic station, so that the hydraulic cylinder can move up and down or left and right in a straight line. The cylinder is assembled by front and rear covers, pistons, seals and other related accessories. The front and back covers of qualified hydraulic cylinders are painted black, steel pipes are electroplated, and seals are imported from the United States.

　　 1. The oil tank should be kept well sealed, and the pipeline and oil tank should be cleaned to prevent other iron sheets and foreign objects. Special paper should be used for cleaning, and hemp rope and adhesives should not be used as sealing materials. The hydraulic oil should be designed according to the requirements, and pay attention to the temperature and changes of the hydraulic oil.

2. When disassembling the large hydraulic cylinder, do not damage the top thread of the piston rod, the thread of the cylinder port and the surface of the piston rod. It is strictly forbidden to hit the cylinder barrel and piston surface with a hammer. If the surface of the cylinder bore and piston is damaged, it is not allowed to sand it with sandpaper, but it should be sanded carefully with fine oil stone.

　　3. Before installing the large cylinder into the system, please compare the parameters on the large cylinder label with the parameters when ordering.

　　4. The base of the large hydraulic cylinder is more rigid than that of Asahi. Otherwise, the hydraulic cylinder will bend upwards when it is pressurized, the piston rod will bend, and the pipeline connection must not be loosened.

　　5. Install the gland screw of the hydraulic cylinder, and the tightening degree should ensure that the piston moves flexibly throughout the stroke without jamming or uneven weight. If the screw is too tight, it will increase resistance and accelerate wear; if it is too loose, oil will leak.

6. For large exhaust plugs, or exhaust valves must be installed at a high point.
